yes it must be an australian thing and no it's not weird! it's just the pinnacle of the birthday cake experience. try it yourself at home, see how much better you suddenly feel about being a year older!
Hey, Captain Obvious on the radio today... On a packet of sparklers.... "Caution: Flammable"! and of course they can go on birthday cakes!!
